AGD Entertainment is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced music business professional to join our team and begin their career journey towards artist management. AGD Entertainment provides artists services through our day-to-day management program, Zero to 60 by AGD. We offer artists hands-on coaching and task fulfillment in order our clients to achieve their goals while maintaining artistic integrity. This is where you come in, we need a program manager who has been in the trenches and can guide the artist through our program while troubleshooting individual artist needs and growing their artist roster and personal management brand.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Conduct strategy sessions with potential artists
Provide coaching sessions with artist roster
Update artist progress on task management software
Troubleshoot artist issues
Scout new artists
Perform task fulfillment
Participate in AGD Entertainment events
The qualifications for this positions include 1-2 years experience in day-to-day artist management and/or album release project management, knowledge of the music industry including touring experience, excellent communication skills, task management software experience, and willingness to put yourself out there to meet and connect with artists.

Task fulfillment specialist - opem
AGD Entertainment works with Task Fulfillment Specialist who are excited to work hands on with the artist and our team to complete the basic tasks required to bring a creative project to completion. These team members will be responsible for assisting and seeing through tasks related to the four of the five pillars of a Zero to 60 campaign: brand partnerships, booking, publicity, and marketing. The primary purpose of this team is to provide value to the Artist and Program Manager, assist the developing artists, and participate in the AGD community as a whole all while growing their expertise in artist development.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the Program Manager in order to accomplish the goals of the individual artists
Perform task fulfillment
Help troubleshoot artists issues
Scout for new artists
Participate in AGD Entertainment events
The qualifications for this job include proficient knowledge of the music industry, excellent communication skills, task management software experience, social media management experience, and willingness to put yourself out there to meet and connect with artists. Job Description
The manager for events, marketing, and partnerships for AGD is responsible for creating and sustaining opportunities and partnerships that further our mission to educate and inspire clients with our knowledgeable team of industry professionals. They help AGD foster community through collaboration, and help our company cultivate a fun environment with an emphasis on respect, creativity, and relationships. Through this role, they will ensure that AGD Entertainment is at the forefront of innovation in the ever-changing entertainment industry.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Create a suite of AGD owned events with various revenue streams attached
Introduce team members to existing opportunities in line with our mission
Create partnerships with aligned businesses that can feed into our outreach team
Identify opportunities where AGD brands can receive visibility resulting in client acquisition
As a manager, they are responsible for ensuring team participation in events and opportunities
Make sure that communication is clear across the internal team as well as to our clients and the public
Report to owners for performance and training
Work closely with other leadership team members of the company
Participate in bi-weekly leadership meetings
As an experienced professional, they must hold themselves accountable to many goals and objectives for the company with additional oversight and direction from owners
Create a culture of preparation with a long outlook for the company calendar
Success will be based on execution of tasks and success metrics collectively decided on during leadership meetings
Knowledge and Skills
Must have experience with event planning
Previous experience must provide relevant relationships to the job
Must show history in cultivating meaningful partnerships in past positions
Must understand barriers to artists’ success in the music industry and show a history of overcoming them
2-4 years of experience in the areas mentioned above required
CREATIVE PORTFOLIO PROGRAM by AGD - closed
The creative portfolio program by AGD Entertainment was developed in order to provide talented creatives the opportunity to further their professional experience. It additionally provides AGD with the ability to provide artists with affordable content creation while ensuring quality control. The program lasts on average 6 months, and the results are a full multi-stylistic portfolio for the creative to procure opportunities in any style of creative production.
GRAPHIC DESIGN - Closed
The ZT60 CREATIVE PORTFOLIO PROGRAM - GRAPHIC DESIGN is an opportunity for an entry level professional with skills in graphic design. The applicant must be able to work in a variety of styles for a variety of artists on our roster.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Working alongside artists to reach a creative destination with the multi-media product
Designing promotional materials
Social media content
Single and album artwork
Creation of logos
Any basic equipment or software needed for editing is not provided by AGD and must thereby be provided by the applicant. This is a not an exclusive work-for-hire and we fully encourage freelance work to be done outside of program. Only one applicant will be chosen per six month period.

The ZT60 CREATIVE PORTFOLIO PROGRAM - PHOTO & VIDEO is an opportunity for a entry level professional with skills in photography and videography. The applicant must be skilled in both areas and be able to work in a variety of styles for a variety of artists on our roster.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Working alongside the artists to reach a creative destination with the multi-media product
Promotional video shooting and editing
Music video shooting and editing
Photography for both artistic and promotional purposes
Motion graphic editing for social content
Any basic equipment needed for editing or shooting is not provided by AGD and must thereby be provided by the applicant. AGD may circumstantially rent additional equipment. This is a not an exclusive work-for-hire and we fully encourage work to be done outside of program. Only one applicant will be chosen per six month period.

The ZT60 CREATIVE PORTFOLIO PROGRAM - AUDIO Production is an opportunity for a young professional with skills in record production, audio engineering, and mixing. The applicant must be skilled in all three areas and be able to work in a variety of styles for a variety of artists on our roster.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Working alongside the artists during pre-production to reach a creative destination for the recording project outlined by their artist coach
Scheduling and managing a budget for recording time with the artist, band and studio.
Engineering and producing in the studio with the artist and band
Delivering finished mixes ready for Master by the deadlines set at the beginning of the project
Any basic equipment needed for recording is provided by one of AGD's preferred studio partners. Applicant must have their own mixing software and work station. This is a not an exclusive work-for-hire and we fully encourage work to be done outside of the program. Only one applicant will be chosen per six month period.
Submission Requirements:
We require that all three aspects of the job be exhibited in the submission. This could be as little as one piece if the individual was responsible for the production, tracking, AND mixing. If you're submitting an album/collection be sure to mention which tracks you worked on and what work you did for them. AGD Entertainment INTERNSHIPS - open
It is our goal at AGD Entertainment to provide a clear and concise path to employment in the music industry as well as our company. For many students interested in a career in artist management the path forward can be as daunting as the artist path. Through our internships we try to assist aspiring professionals in identifying whether artist management is the right career for them while providing the necessary training for an entry level position as a Service Agent with our company, which may lead to a position as an artist coach and eventually a partnership with AGD as a professional artist manager.
STAFF INTERNSHIP - open
The Staff Internship is designed to educate individuals on the "behind-the-scenes" aspects of operating an entertainment company. This internship is a stepping stone to further career opportunities within our company. Staff interns receive experience in; Reception, Event Planning, Research, Editorial Campaign Creation, and Graphic Design. Additionally they may shadow artist coaching sessions and are granted full access to the Zero To 60 curriculum. Those who have completed our Staff Internship will be the first to be considered for the Coaching Internship position.
COACHING INTERNSHIP - open
The Coaching Internship is designed to give hands-on experience working on an artist's campaign while preparing them for advancement opportunities within the organization. Coaching interns receive experience in; Industry Research, Crafting an Editorial Campaign, Merchandising, Marketing (Playlisting, Ad Targeting, SEO), Booking, Developing a Live Performance Strategy, Image & Branding (including brand partnership preparation), Publicity (Bio Writing, Press Releases, and Pitching Plans), Graphic Design. Individuals who have completed the Coaching Intern program will be given priority when it comes time for the organization to hire service agents and assistants. It is reserved for Seniors and Graduates.
