AGD ENTERTAINMENT - ARTIST RELATIONS ASSISTANT APPLICATION

The Artist Relations Assistant position for Zero To 60 By AGD was created for individuals to represent AGD Entertainment by getting involved with their local music community. The ARA will be the eyes and ears for the company as AGD works to help artists build a business foundation for their craft. The ARA will go to shows in his or her community with a purpose - to intently listen and appreciate local music while getting musicians connected with Zero To 60 Artist Coaches.

The ARA's duties to AGD are:

• Connect AGD with your local music community

• Build/maintain relationships with artists and get them involved with Zero To 60 events

• Attend a minimum of two shows/week that feature artists that would benefit from AGD services

• Provide expense reports to management for shows attended

• Must update work progress through task management software weekly

• Stay in constant contact with artist coaches and management

• Schedule 12-15 consultations per month between an artist and an artist coach

• Actively pursue artists to join Zero To 60 programs

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of AGD’s service offerings

The ARA's duties to themselves are:

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends

• Actively pursue knowledge and experience to craft your own trade

• Get connected and involved with your local music community

• Consider additional services you may be interested in (such as booking, publicity, online marketing etc.) and work with AGD to develop the necessary skills and resources to advance yourself using the AGD platform.
